A recruiter-style check you run in your own AI
Paste your CV (and an advert if you have one). We build one prompt for your own ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, and sort the result into Must, Should and Skip so you know what to fix tonight. Your text never leaves your browser.
Never uploaded. Your CV and the advert stay in your browser, or in the AI tool you paste into. We don't host a CV store, don't need an account, and don't run a scoring API on your text. Strip your phone, email and home town before pasting into any AI tool, then add them back after.
Saved in this browser tab only — cleared when you close the tab. Never uploaded.
Paste your CV text (or load the example) before copying the prompt — so the placeholder never leaves your browser.
Copy-ready prompt
One recruiter-style screening pass for your own AI. Recommendations only — it won't rewrite your CV for you and it won't give it a score or a mark.
Act as an experienced UK recruiter doing a quick screening pass on a CV. Give me recommendations only — do not rewrite my CV, and do not give it a score, grade or mark out of anything.
Answer in these four sections, in this order:
1. STRUCTURE & READABILITY
- List exactly what a recruiter would pick out first: name, current job title, each job title with employer and dates, skills, education. Flag anything missing, out of order or ambiguous.
- List formatting choices that make a CV hard to skim or copy: columns, tables, text in the header/footer, unusual headings, inconsistent dates, images or icons.
2. ADVERT MATCH (only if I pasted an advert; otherwise say "no advert pasted" and skip)
- Pull the 8-12 skills, tools or duties the advert repeats or lists as essential, in the advert's own words.
- Mark each one Strong, Partial or Gap:
Strong = the advert's wording appears in a bullet with a real example.
Partial = the idea is there, or it's only in a skills list.
Gap = missing, or only implied.
- For every Partial and every Gap, give one concrete fix I could make honestly tonight.
3. VOICE — ADVICE ONLY
- Point out where my CV reads as generic or like a typical AI draft: filler, buzzwords, vague claims, "responsible for", "passionate team player".
- For each one, suggest a plainer version in my own words, using a real example from what I pasted. Keep it as advice — do NOT give a score, rating or percentage of any kind.
4. TONIGHT'S FIX LIST
- A prioritised, ordered list of the concrete changes that would make the biggest difference, most important first. No score.
